
Foxura Membership Cancellation Policy
Foxura memberships are designed to be flexible, transparent, and easy to manage.
Both Homeowner and Professional memberships are billed month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time.
Homeowner Membership Cancellation
Homeowners may cancel their Foxura membership at any time.
To request cancellation, submit a cancellation request through our form or email [email protected] using the email associated with your membership.
Once cancellation is confirmed:
- Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after the current billing cycle
- Access to member-only resources and community will end when your membership expires
Important Note About the Foxura Guarantee
The $10,000 Foxura Guarantee™ only applies when:
- Your membership was active at the time you hired a Foxura-listed professional
- The professional was listed on Foxura at the time of hire
After your membership becomes inactive, the Guarantee does not apply to new projects or hires made after cancellation.
Foxura Pro Membership Cancellation
Foxura Pro memberships are also month-to-month.
To cancel, professionals must submit a cancellation request using the Foxura Pro Cancellation Form or email [email protected] with:
- Business name
- Email address on file
- Request to cancel membership
Once cancellation is confirmed:
- Your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after the current billing cycle
- Your Foxura Pro access will end at the close of the billing period
- Your business listing may be removed from Foxura search results once membership is inactive
Because Foxura limits membership by location and service category, cancelled spots may be offered to businesses on the waitlist.
