This page allows homeowners to submit a request for review under the Foxura Guarantee™, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Before You Submit a Request

Please review the following carefully before completing the form below.

To be eligible for consideration under the Foxura Guarantee™, you must confirm that:

  • You found and hired the professional through Foxura
  • You have attempted to resolve the issue directly with the professional
  • You have allowed at least 15 business days for the professional to remedy the issue
  • You can provide documentation related to the project

Requests submitted before these steps are completed may not be reviewed.

What This Form Is For

This form is intended for situations involving serious, unresolved issues such as:

  • Incomplete or abandoned work
  • Work that materially fails to meet the agreed-upon scope
  • Significant workmanship issues that remain unresolved

Foxura’s goal is not to replace communication or contracts—but to provide a structured review process when direct resolution is no longer possible.
